Explanation of Proposed Rulemakings:
- Licensure as Insurance Producer* -- The Proposed Rulemaking, which amends Chapter 1 of Title 26 DCMR, "Insurance," was published in the District of Columbia Register on November 14, 2008.
- Medical Malpractice Liability Hearing Rules and Rate Filing Requirements* -- The Proposed Rulemaking to amend Title 26 DCMR, (Insurance) to add a new chapter 53 was originally published in the District of Columbia Register on March 28, 2008. The Proposed Rulemaking is published at 55 DCR 7568 (July 11, 2008).
- Medical Malpractice Liability Hearing Rules and Rate Filing Requirements* -- The Proposed Rulemaking which amends Title 26 DCMR, "Insurance" to add a new chapter 53 was published in the District of Columbia Register on March 28, 2008.
- Mortality Table Regulations* -- The Proposed Rulemaking which amends Title 26 DCMR, "Insurance" to add a new section 28 to “Chapter V of the Life Insurance Act" was published in the District of Columbia Register on February 29, 2008. The comment period expired on March 31, 2008. The Proposed Rulemaking is published at 55 DCR 1961 (February 29, 2008).
