 Rules of Practice and Procedure for Hearings*, 50 DCR 6433 (August 8, 2003)
- Mortality Table Regulations* The Final Rulemaking amends Title 26 DCMR, (Insurance) to add a new section 28 to “Chapter V of the Life Insurance Act" effective September 26, 2008 and is published at 55 DCR 10000.
- Long-Term Care Insurance* The Final Rulemaking amends chapter 26 of Title 26 of the DCMR (Insurance) effective April 11, 2008 and is published at 55DCR 3759.
- Notice of Repeal of Section 207 of chapter 2 of Title 26A* of the DCMR, (Banking and Financial Institutions)” and of the adoption of a new chapter 6, Fees and Assessments, is effective on February 15, 2008 and is published at 55 DCR 1574.
- Reciprocal Insurance Companies* -- The Final Rulemaking amends Title 26 DCMR, (Insurance) to add a new chapter 40 effective January 18 2008 and is published at 55 DCR 479.
