Office of the Deputy Commissioner
 
The Deputy Commissioner:
  • provides the technical and administrative authority over the Department's functional areas, which include the Insurance Bureau, Securities Bureau, Banking Bureau, Enforcement and Investigation Bureau and Risk Finance Bureau, as well as Office of Systems and Technology and the Office of Administrative Services;
  • develops quantitative and qualitative measures for evaluating the performance standards of subordinate employees; and
  • plans work to be performed by subordinates — sets priorities and prepares schedules for completion of work.
